Cookery basics.

I mentioned earlier that it was not the intention of “seniors in the kitchen” to have you running off to the shops to re-equip your kitchen in order to re-create any of our recipes. Most of us have settled in very nicely to our new residences and hopefully have adjusted to the fact that everything may be smaller than you are used to.

This group of videos was produced with in the kitchen of our dwelling. I no longer have the specialised equipment to feed the multitudes. The largest dinner my wife and I have done in this kitchen was a ‘squeezy ’ twelve. That required a lot of juggling, pre-cooking, adaption and making do.

So now there are no excuses. It can be done. Let’s start with the first video and it’s a bonus with five related cookery methods.
