Honeycomb butter

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g unsalted butter softened
  • 50 g light cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • 40 g honeycomb crushed

Method
 

  1. Using a whisk, cream the butter until it is pale
  2. Add cream cheese and vanilla. Continue beating
  3. When the butter and cream cheese is nice and fluffy whisk in the honeycomb
  4. Ready
