Method
- Preheat oven to 160c
- Grease and line gastronome tray with baking paper
- Sift flour into a bowl
- Mix in brown sugar
- Rub in butter until it forms a dough
- Press dough into tray
- Bake for 10 mins
TOPPING
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add eggs and mix until combined
- Cover base with topping
- Bake for approximately 30 mins
- Cool
ICING
- Beat butter and icing sugar until creamy
- Add coffee, cocoa, malt and vanilla
- Slowly add water (if needed) until the right consistency
- Spread icing over slice
